No returns, exchanges, or refunds. Because every Khaas piece is consigned and 1-of-1, all purchases are final once the order is placed. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason, including fit, color as perceived on screen, or change of mind.
Before you buy. Each listing includes detailed photography, measurements where available, condition notes, and provenance. If anything is unclear, email khaasstorey@gmail.com and we'll walk you through the piece in detail. We'd rather answer ten questions than process a dispute.
Damaged in transit. If your order arrives damaged due to shipping, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at khaasstorey@gmail.com with photos of the piece and the packaging. We'll work with you and the carrier on a resolution, assessed case by case. Claims outside this window cannot be accepted.
Not-as-described. If a piece arrives materially different from its listing — a condition issue not disclosed, a size error on our end — reach out within 48 hours with photos. These are handled individually and in good faith.
Lost or delayed packages.Once handed to the carrier, delivery timing is outside our control. For lost packages, please file a claim with the carrier first using the tracking number from your order confirmation. We're happy to help you do so.
Consignment context. Khaas Storey is a consignment marketplace — the pieces we list belong to families and sellers who trust us to pass them on with care. Refunding a buyer means reversing a payout to a seller, which is why we hold the all-sales-final line firmly. Your trust lets us keep paying sellers promptly.
