Khaas Storey (“Khaas,” “we,” “us”) is a small studio based in Orange County, California that curates and sells pre-loved South Asian fashion and authenticated luxury goods. You can reach us at khaasstorey@gmail.com.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to place an order. By using the site you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

Almost every piece in the Khaas archive is one-of-a-kind — pre-loved, inspected by our studio, and photographed in our own light. We do our best to describe condition honestly. Because each item is unique and was previously owned, small variations in color, fit, fabric drape, and surface wear are part of the character of the piece.

Authenticated luxury items (handbags, eyewear, watches, etc.) are inspected by hand against the brand's known reference characteristics. We do our best to confirm authenticity but we are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any brand we carry. References to brand names are descriptive only.

Prices are listed in US dollars and may change without notice. Placing an order is an offer to buy at the listed price; we accept the offer when we charge your payment method and ship the piece. If a listing contains an obvious error (wrong price, mis-tagged inventory) we may cancel and refund the order before shipment.

Payment is processed by Shopify and the providers Shopify partners with — we never see or store your full card number. Sales tax is calculated at checkout where applicable.

We ship within the United States. Times and methods are described on our Shipping page. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier marks the parcel as delivered.

Because each piece is unique and prepared individually, all sales are final. See our All Sales Finalpage for the full explanation. Please review each listing closely and email us with any question before you buy — we're happy to send extra photos or measurements.

When you consign a piece to Khaas, you confirm that you legally own it, that it is not stolen or counterfeit to your knowledge, and that you have the right to transfer it. The studio handles authentication, listing, photography, and customer support. You receive 70% of the final sale price after the piece sells; Khaas retains 30% to cover studio work. Specific consignment terms (timing, returns of unsold pieces, payout method) are described at the time you submit a piece for review.

Don't use the site to defraud, harass, or violate the law. Don't attempt to access parts of the system you're not meant to access, interfere with how the site runs, or scrape inventory at scale. We may suspend or block access if you do.

The Khaas Storey name, logo, photography, and editorial copy are ours. You may not reuse them in commerce without written permission. Brand names and trademarks belonging to third parties remain the property of their owners.

The site and the pieces are provided “as is.” We don't warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, that listings are error-free, or that pieces will meet your expectations beyond what is described in the listing. To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

We may update these terms from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent material change. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
