Where we ship.We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping isn't available at this time — we'll announce expansion when we're ready to ship abroad responsibly.
Rates. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address and the weight of the piece. Free shipping is offered on orders over $250 within the US.
Processing time. Orders are typically prepared and dispatched within 3–5 business days of purchase. Because every Khaas piece is 1-of-1 and consigned, each order is hand-inspected and packed individually before shipment.
Tracking.Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Delivery timing from that point is up to the carrier.
Carriers. We ship via USPS and UPS. The carrier assigned to your order is chosen based on destination and package size.
Lost or delayed packages.Once in the hands of the carrier, delivery timing is out of our control. If a package is marked delivered but you haven't received it, please check with neighbors and your local carrier office first, then email the studio and we'll help you open a claim. Duties & taxes. US orders are subject to sales tax where applicable, collected at checkout.
